Despite all the business books written on the topic of making money, there are really only two methods.
1. You can increase your revenue
2. You can decrease your expenses.
Now there are many different ways to do those two things, but there are no new concepts.
How can you increase your sales? Find more customers, find more products to sell, increase your prices or find better customers are all valid ideas that you could try. For expenses you can look to cheaper materials, think about sub-contracting or stop spending money on some items.
A focus on making money is important. If you keep thinking about ways that you could increase your revenue and decrease your expenses then some ideas are more likely to occur to you.
