In this tip we talk about the option of setting up your social media strategy so that your group is maintaining the meeting place for your stakeholders.

An employee or two will be given the responsibility of monitoring the activity on your social media sites. Their role is to reply when appropriate and to track the topics of interest to the participants so that the organization benefits from knowing more about their stakeholders.

If this is your organization’s strategy on social media you are providing a similar service to a bulletin board and meeting place.
