Monday’s= Small Business
Business owners generally face a time crunch. They don’t always have a large staff, or any staff for that matter so there are many demands on their time. How does a business owner decide where to spend their time?
I have recommended that everyone keep some kind of time report (casual or otherwise) which can be analyzed to determine if there are areas which use up time, but do not generate a lot of income. Bookkeeping is the standard example — a business owner would be better off hiring a bookkeeper than they are flailing around trying to balance their bank account on their own.
Track where you are spending your time for awhile and see if you can see any patterns.
